I’ve got 2 new books!!! So happy, finally I have what I’ve been waiting for. 
Went shopping at pageOne, Vivocity, and got the books “Upon the midnight clear” and “Sweeney Todd”. Beautiful!!! After that,I got a present for Geral(At last!), a handphone strap, I hope she liked it. Finally, I bought my bro and I a bottle each(Nike for him, Adidas for me). Strangely, mine was pink. Not that that is some god-awful color, but well, it’s a little strange [for me] to associate me with pink.
I really enjoy myself, since S.K. and Geral were also there. If only Gladys were there, things would have been great perfect! I miss those days where all four of us could just find time for each other and we could just simply hang out somewhere and talk or something. Those were the times where “impromtu-ness” worked. Now, times have changed, and I’m not really having an easy time adapting.
Sigh.
In any case, I’ve planned to quit my current job, and I will leave once I find a replacement for myself. I know, as a part-timer, I basically am not responsible of whether my boss has any workers on hand or not, it’s none of my business. But since now we are talking about Geral’s mum, who very nicely gave me a job after knowing of my financial difficulties, things are very different. 1) She’s a very nice woman, boss, etc. 2) She gave me the job cuz she knew I needed it. 3) She’s my best friend’s mom[!]. Thus, the appreciation that I felt brought about a sense of responsibility. No matter what others says, I’m helping them cuz I want to.
Oh well, today, in general, was a very happy day for me. I spent my day with one of my best friends, ended up with two of them, came home missing the third one who wasn’t there. I’d say, it was wonderful. Got my bro a bottle, got myself 2 books, and finally presented Geral with a long-overdued X’mas present. Nice.
